Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

• The primary guest must be an adult.
• The stay of one child up to 5 years is complimentary
• The usual check-in time is 12:00 noon and check out time is 11:00 AM
• Early check-in is subject to the availability of rooms. Extra charges will apply
• Late check-out is subject to the availability of rooms. Extra charges will apply
• Please carry your original id proofs, without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.
• The ID proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID Card

Note: PAN Card is not acceptable.

Extension of Stay

Extension of stay is subject to the availability of the rooms and rates that might change from the original booking was made.

Long Stay

For bookings of more than 5 days/nights, you have to settle all your outstanding payments on the demand raised by the Mirchoni. Further accommodation is subject to settlement of the outstanding amount.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel their bookings anytime by a call on the contact numbers provided on the website or via email at [email protected]
• If a cancellation will be done 24 hours before check-in then charges for a day and night shall be deducted.
• In case you do not show up at booked Property, charges for the first day/night will be deducted.
• If you decide to shorten your stay after Check-In, you will be charged for one extra day/night as a cancellation fee.
• In case of a booking amount has already been paid, the applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days.
• Mirchoni shall not be held liable to refund the booking amount or any part due to any mishappening like a natural disaster (earthquake, landslide, etc.), terrorist activity, war, government guidelines, or any force majeure act, beyond the control of mirchoni
• We reserve the right to deny check-in under the following circumstances

1. Where guests are unable to provide a valid government identity and residential proof.
2. Minor guests are traveling unaccompanied with their parents/guardians 
3. If is there are any suspicious activities found or noticed of the Guests.

Under all such circumstances, Mirchoni shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

Contact Policies:

• We will contact you any time before your check-in date to confirm your arrival status/arrival time through calls or messages or email.
• If we have not received a response after multiple contact attempts, then your booking may be put on hold or canceled.
• Mirchoni will reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our secure payment options, subject to availability.
• We may reach out to you for your valuable feedback on your experience through calls or messages.
• We might reach out to you for offers.

Privacy Policy

Mirchoni is committed to protecting your personal information from anyone except government bodies.

We may share your information with any law enforcement, courts, Government, or regulatory bodies (in whatever jurisdiction), or otherwise in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by any legal process, applicable law, regulation, or court order.
